Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders submitted on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the following business day.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the destination and carrier.

Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout or on the product page should be treated as an estimate unless specifically identified as guaranteed.

Shipment Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will normally be provided to the email address associated with the order.

Carrier tracking may take some time to update after the package enters the carrier's network.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

If a package cannot be delivered because the address supplied by the customer was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping costs may apply if reshipment is requested.

Shipping Delays

Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high shipping volumes, address issues, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

If an order cannot be shipped within an applicable promised period, we will provide the notices and options required by applicable law.

Delivery Problems

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us so that we can review the shipment information.

For packages that arrive visibly damaged, retain the packaging and contact sales@melveria.shop with your order information and photographs where possible.
